When we always talk about skin care, we focus on our face. However, skin below our chin should also pay attention. Chest and neck wrinkles are caused due to excessive sun exposure, ill-fitting clothing, sunbeds, wrong sleeping position and smoking. The good news is that with exercise, you can minimize or even eliminate these lines. Move now to reduce wrinkles on neck and make yourselves look and feel younger.
Kiss the Sky
First, sit on a chair and tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling. Then, pucker your lips in a kissing motion and extend them outward as if you were trying to touch them to the ceiling. Keep this position for several seconds and then relax and tilt your head forward to the starting position. Repeat it 5 times a day, and keep 3 day a week.
Neck Tightening Exercise
First, sit straight on a chair with your head angled back and your eyes looking at the ceiling to help stretch the skin of your neck. Then, lift your lower lip up and over your top lip as far as it will go while keeping your mouth closed. Keep this stretch for about 10 seconds and relax. Repeat 10 times a day.
Tongue Press
First, sit on a chair and tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling. Hold this position and press your tongue firmly on the roof of your mouth and notice the muscles in the front of your neck tightening. While holding your tongue in place, chin toward your neck. If you do it correctly, you will feel the muscles along the front of your neck and under your chin tighten.
