Spring arrives. It also represents the ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth. However, have you noticed any changes in your body during spring? Most people feel extremely tired and do not have power to work. What are the reasons behind? Here you can find the explanation and how you can get rid of spring fatigue.

 

People, like animals, regulate their metabolism and hormone levels in tune with external stimuli including light and temperature. In winter, it is cold with shorter hours of sunlight, our body changes to keep warm. When spring comes, there are longer and stronger hours of sunlight, body temperature rises. In resulted, spring tiredness which is not the symptom of an incurable illness, but the sign that your body is facing important physiological changes existed.

Improve the quality of sleep
Getting a good night sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health and well-being.  Try to stick to a sleep schedule by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, even on weekends, holidays and days off. And you should also pay attention to what you eat and drink, avoid nicotine, caffeine and alcohol which will affect your quality of sleep. Beside, you can create a bedtime ritual; try to do the same things each night to tell your body it’s time to sleep, like reading books, listening to soft music etc.

Do more physical exercises
Doing more exercise and you can feel better and have more energy. Exercise can also boost your metabolism and improve blood circulation. Not only generating energy, exercise can also control your weight, combat health condition and also improve your mood. Make exercise a habit and you can get rid of spring fatigue and be the healthiest and happiest person.

Spend more time outdoor
People nowadays spend most of their time on work in office. When you spend too much time in a poor ventilated room, the concentration of carbonic acid in your blood increases.  A lack of oxygen in your body leads to the feeling of fatigue. Therefore, it is suggested to spend more time outdoors to restore the balance of oxygen in your body and fill your muscles with energy. If you really don’t have time to do it, just have a deep breathing instead for relaxing.

Have healthy diet
Lack of vitamins and nutrition is also one of the main reasons of tiredness. In order to restore all necessary vitamins for your body, you should eat vegetables, fruits and oatmeal for breakfast on a regular basis. Don’t forget to drink enough water to get rid of toxins accumulated during the winter season. Slower-paced life
