Steps to Get the 60s Makeup Look

Step 1: Prime your eyelids

Prime your eyelids by using a primer or a concealer. It seems not vital, but if you want your makeup to last for a day, you must not skip this step.

Step 2: Apply white eyeshadow

Apply a white eyeshadow on your eye lid and layer the product up to intensify the color.

Step 3: Draw a black line along your eye crease

Use an angles brush and dab it into your eyeshadow. Following your eye crease, draw a black line cutting the crease gently.

Step 4: Draw a gentle cat eye

Pick a liquid eyeliner and draw a think cat eye line along your top lash line.

Step 5: Have big faux eyelashes
