Guide to Guasha Massage 1. Start by thoroughly washing your face or the area you wish to massage, then apply your regular nourishing cream or face mask. 2. Hold the Guasha tool and gently glide it in an upward direction. Repeat this motion 10-20 times before switching to another area. 3. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the electric Guasha massager 2-3 times a week for 5-10 minutes per session. The device will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of use.
