If I lose my Watsons Club Card or when it is damaged beyond normal use, how do I get a new card?

If you lose your Watsons Club Card or it is damaged beyond normal use, you may report the loss online. To report a lost card online, Login to your account and click on 'Card Loss' under 'My Account'. Once you have submitted the card loss request, your card and points will be frozen.
You may apply for a new card by clicking 'Apply new card' at the card loss confirmation page and you are required to make a 100THB card replacement fee. Alternatively, you may purchase a new Watsons Club Card at any Watsons stores. After successful purchase of a new card, you will be asked to activate your new card.
Upon activation, click on 'Card loss' again to do a transfer of your current points to your new card and the process is completed (you may require to re-login again using your old card details if you are not signed in).
Please note that your first and last names, birth date, mobile number and ID number must be exactly the same for both cards in order to perform the points transfer and it is case sensitive. This is our security feature. Watsons Club will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen Watsons Club Card and if your Watsons Club Card is misappropriated by others with malicious intent before you file the lost report, Watsons Club will not be responsible for any loss of points.
